Suit Reason :

Woman involved in a rear end accident sustained injuries of the wrist, neck, back, fractured rib and bulging or herniated cervical disc. Bone scan diagnosed her ribs were fractured. Orthopedic surgeon noted x-rays and MRI diagnosed a healed rib fracture, normal wrist and minimal annular bulging at C6 and C7.

Award Reason :

Plaintiff was almost fully healed nine months post accident. Plaintiff awarded $30,000 for neck injuries, $5,000 for her rib injury, $5,000 for her wrist injury, and $15,000 for residual pain.
