Case Details

Suit Reason :

Plaintiff, female, was injured when her vehicle was hot form behind by another car. Plaintiff had to seek treatment and eventually filed suit for her injuries.

Award Reason :

Plaintiff was not deemed to be a believable witness and the Bells' Palsy claim was denied as it was deemed to not be related to the accident. Even though there were still some doubts as to plaintiff's testimony, she was still awarded damages for the four months she needed to seek treatment on her shoulder.
