Man involved in an accident with a school bus when he was crushed between the door frame of the repair shop and the bus sustaining injuries of several rib fractures, liver laceration, renal, cardiac, pulmonary contusion, eye hemorrhages and fractured left arm. Man had surgery on his left arm.

Plaintiff required surgery to heal the arm, but his remaining injuries healed naturally. he also had to remain in the hospital for two weeks following the accident. Plaintiff's wife awarded $50,000 for loss of consortium.
